We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Sanketam. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and ideal for a peaceful stay. The overall ambience of the property is calm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained.
The staff were extremely polite, cooperative, and always willing to help, which made our experience smooth and hassle free. The motel owner, Mr. Devadasan, is very friendly and approachable, and he personally ensures that guests feel comfortable throughout their stay.
The location is convenient, and the basic amenities provided met all our requirements. Sanketam offers good value for money and is suitable for both short and extended stays.

We had a great experience at Sanketam. The facility is comparatively new so the rooms and amenities are great. Though they arrange great kerala cuisine food from a great restaurant nearby, I wish if they have their own restaurant at the venue itself which will make the place perfect . It’s worth mentioning about the behaviour and courteous nature of the staff which was exceptional. Wishing them all success and hope they maintain the same level of service always

Stayed there Aug 18/19. Extremely happy with the property. Very neat, courteous staff. The owner Mr Devadas a retd Navi personnel gives personal attention to everything. Excellent lobby design, premium materials used in the toilet. Very close to Calicut NIT

Our recent stay at the Sanketam Motel was wonderful. The hotel is near to NIT Kozhikode where we had an appointment and was the reason I chose this hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoyed the delicious and tasty local breakfast which was Pathiri,Idiyappam,Appam with Kadala curry . I thought that street noise at night would affect our sleep but they have good quality insulated glass so we had a good sleep. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area—excellent value for the price!

I had a very pleasant stay at Snaketwm Motel. Mr Devadasan and the entire staff are friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality truly makes guest feel comfortable and at home. The place feels very safe for solo travelers. The rooms are very spacious and tidy.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room and amenities. Clean Spacious rooms, the rain shower was really good. The first floor is a full gym with some indoor games though they were not operating at the time. Breakfast was decent but service was top notch. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in calicut.
